Rooftop Prince Episode 19 Review

So Park Ha gets her ass ran over, and ends up in the water. After Tae Moo hits her, he drives off, seeing that he hit her instead of Yi Gak. Dang. Yi Gak who is slow as fuch finally gets in the water to try to save her. This makes the reincarnation or whatever somewhat complete. Crown Princess is found dead in the lake, now Park Ha is unconscious in the lake. That was some sad stuff. Man. Yi Gak rushes her to the hospital.

Se Na is feeling quite guilty, but Tae Moo tries to calm her down. He says that they are going abroad on a ship to escape everything and be happy. Yea, let me know how the guilty conscience thing works out. Se Na still isn't comforted, and then Yi Gak calls her, saying Park Ha is alive and unconscious. Se Na is shaking and everything, she freaked out so she left so that her guilt wouldn't show. Yi Gak catches up to her and says that Park Ha's liver has been severely damaged, she might die, so he needs her help to save her, not to find out who ran her over. I'm sure he knows Tae Moo did it, otherwise he wouldn't be asking her. He also tells her about reincarnation and when he reaches out to stop her, his hand passes right through. She sees that he really isn't of this life. He starts playing the sister card in order to save Park Ha. Can she do it?? He then gives the evidence of him being an imposter, saying that he doesn't need it anymore. Wow. Se Na breaks down in the middle of the street feeling extra salty so maybe she will help them. Maybe.

Se Na goes back to where they are hiding and Tae Moo tells her to get her stuff ready to go. And she says...NO. NOOO TRICK! Wah. So I guess after feeling bitter for so long, she has now crossed over to the good side!! She tells him that Park Ha needs a liver transplant and that she's willing to give her the liver.

Yi Gak and crew rush to the hospital for the doctor tells them that Park Ha is deteriorating quickly, they need to start surgery. Yi Gak gets a call from Tae Moo saying that in order to save Park Ha, he needs to turn in EVERYTHING he has, assets, everything. Really. It is not that crucial. So Yi Gak gives the stuff to Tae Moo and he tells him to wait at the hospitable for they will be there in time for the surgery.

Tae Moo drags Se Na to the hospital, however they aren't going there. THAT DIRTY WENCH!! Tae Moo traded money for Park Ha's life. I can't believe that. So what is Se Na going to do. She gets a phone call and IGNORES IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HECKKKKKK IS WRONG WITH THEM!!!! Chi San runs up saying they found the home Se Na and Tae moo were hiding in, but of course, they're gone already.
Se Na is starting to feel guilty so she calls Yi Gak but doesn't answer the call. Instead, she leaves it out for him to hear where they are going. They're going to China and they leave at 7. GOOD JOB SE NA!! Yi Gak rushes in his batmobile to catch up with them at the dock. Tae Moo is still forcing Se Na to go, but then Yi Gak arrives! Tae Moo is pissed and slaps her! *GASP* No he didn't.

Yi Gak and Tae Moo start fighting while Se Na gets in the car and tries to leave. But she can't since they are fighting in the way. The crew show up just in time and they drive off in their car. The get away boat leaves and Tae Moo runs after it, but Yi Gak stops him. They start fighting once again and Tae Moo runs off. Pussy. Yi Gak chases him then Tae Moo comes out of hiding and beats Yi Gak with a stick. OUCH. Right before he delivers the final blow, he says why he killed Tae Yong. They start fighting once again. However the police show up AND THEY ARREST TAE MOO FOR EMBEZZLEMENT AND ATTEMPTED MURDER!! YES!!! Yi Gak recorded everything! Wig officially snatched!!!
Man, that was somewhat intense. That was one of the best fights I've seen in Korean dramas in a while. Now it wasn't like 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon' but it was a long battle, let's just say that. I wish there were guns...but this isn't Texas lol.

At the hospital, they get ready for surgery. Se na reaches over and holds Park Ha's hand. AWWWWWW. YAY! It took freaking 19 episodes and a bunch of wig snatching to get to this point, but here we are!

Park Ha lives!!! She wakes up to Yi Gak telling her to wake up and what not. AWWWWWWWWWWW, yay!!

Yi Gak goes back to the office and tells Pyo Taek-soo to look after the company until Tae Yong regains consciousness!

Se Na goes to visit Park Ha and actually apologizes for her foolishness. She tells Park Ha to stay healthy and goes to the police station. Yay!!! The two mothers offer their support to Se na as she leaves. Aww, so sad.

The crew want to thank Park Ha for everything because they know that their time is running out, so they want to work part time to pay for the hospital fees. They go to work at the freaking museum and movie extras LOL. Yong-sul is the actor, Chi San plays a traditional Korean instrument on the streets and Man Bo writes a script which wins a prize, LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL I DIED!!!!!!!!! And that's how they quickly pay the money back. And they also work at the shop.

They fix up Park Ha's shop, awwwwwwwwwwwww. Tears. They pick her up from the hospital since she's been discharged. All of a sudden, Chi San DISAPPEARED. Like completely gone. No where to be found. The crew worry about how he's dressed when he entered the Joseon, he's wearing flip flops lol. They go back home and find that Chi san even disappeared from the family phone. Aww shucks.

Later that night, Park Ha goes to create I guess a memory book, I don't know, and invites Yi Gak to join her. That's a sponsoring moment, definitely. Scene is unnecessary but you have to endorse the Galaxy phone! And it looked cool too, I want one now...

Yi Gak gets her message, it's like a freaking powerpoint slide with photo story and music comes with it! I WANT ONE!!! He joins her outside and they're adorable. She proposes to him, awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww TEARS!!!!!!!!!! Instead of automatically answering yes, Yi Gak takes her to her new shop, 'Park Ha's Sweet Juice' and says this is his answer. He tells her that the reality is that he will have to eventually leave her, so her life needs to continue with the shop when he leaves. She's not hearing it though and insists that they need to get married, despite what's going to happen. She wants to keep the memory, that's all.

The next day, the crew call Yi Gak out for not being a man and treating Park Ha meanly. He rethinks her words about the marriage and runs back to her. He starts yelling at her and says he'll marry her. AWWWWWWWWWW *TEARS*

ITS TIME TO PREPARE FOR THE FREAKING WEDDING AND THE PLACE LOOKS FREAKING FABULOUS FOR THEM!  It could've been grander in my opinion for my taste, but this isn't about me. Park Ha too wants the place somewhere else and as they go into an elevator, Man Bo and Yung-sol disappear. They're gone. Wow. The couple stand there in shock as the elevator doors keep opening and closing. That's so freaking sad..........AHHHHHHHH *TEARS*

That night, Yi Gak and Park ha I guess spend their last night together awww. Yi Gak says freaking "SARANGHAE" ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, *tears*.

Next day is the wedding. *TEARS* It's on the rooftop, shucks. It's beautiful, they are surrounded by pink lotuses. BEAUTIFUL! The say their vows and they share a long sexy kiss. Oooh Yoochun honey!!
Once they break away, Yi Gak disappears. *TEARSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS*

The episode ends with Park Ha crying out and everything, and all of a sudden her bouquet sort of flies away.

Welp. We have 1 more episode and it's definitely dedicated to the Joseon era. Yi Gak and crew set everything right in the modern era, but what about the Joseon era? Basically, there was no real need for them to go to the modern era. We don't know what happened to the Crown Princess. Still. So WHY did they leave in the first place? To meet and fall in love? Okkk, but that's not what the plot is about. We ended up going through a bunch of foolishness to get to this point. Honestly, I don't know why I stuck around. I just wanted to see how it would end because it is unpredictable in that sense. But all of that just to put Tae Moo in jail and perhaps Se Na?? That's it?? And Tae Yong isn't even dead, he's a vegetable, but he's not dead. Park Ha just needed a liver transplant, not dead. And Se Na crosses over to the good side at the last minute. Seriously. This drama didn't pull on my heart strings at all. I didn't cry at all. I was joking, I didn't cry. Everything just seemed so silly and no one died!!!

Hopefully in the final tomorrow, things are answered and I forget about the foolishness.

But seriously, I didn't cry at all. Does that make me heartless lol? I'm just not into sappy things right now, but Park Ha and Yi Gak were cute.
