I Hear Your Voice Episodes 4-8 Review!!

This episode, we focus on the cute, and the horror with Min Joon Guk slowly making his moves. On paper, he has a great record. Now that he's out of jail, it appears that he has turned his life around by volunteering in several different places, which is how Soo-ha finds him. Soo-ha reveals to Joon Guk that he is Park Soo Ha from 10 years ago and he can still read his thoughts.
Later on that night, Soo Ha gets a call from Joon guk and they meet up at a restaurant. This is pretty much a set up. Soo-ha is able to read the thoughts going throuh Joon guk's head which gets him riled up and starts beating him up. Joon guk is of course playing the victim card so Soo-ha ends up going to the police station.
While that's going on Hye Sung FINALLY figures out who Soo-ha is...took her long enough...
And in other news Kwan-woo is hot and super cute as a nerd and I'm starting to get 2nd lead feels which is NOT OK. Hye Sung is starting to have feelings for him (AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW) after she sees how hot he is without his glasses hahahaha.

New case update!!
Hye Sung is still riding high over her first win and becomes quite cocky which will end up being her demise for this episode.....
We have a set of twins who robbed a convenience store together, one twin stabbed the owner of the store while the other tried to stop him. Ok so one should be charged with murder and the other robbery. But the problem is that they are identical and we can't tell which one is telling the truth. One twin is saying he did it who has a squeaky clean image, while the other twin is saying he didn't do it but he has a criminal record...and of course no one believes him.
Prosecutor Do Yeon charged them with Joint Offense but Hye Sung and Lawyer Cha (Kwan woo) are assigned to the case, one gets a twin. They both have reason to believe that one of them did the crime (because the twins all of a sudden change their story) so Hye Sung pretty much humiliates Do Yeon in court....

But Soo-ha reads the twins minds and figures out that Do Yeon was right and Hye Sung was wrong....
Uh oh...
Meanwhile Hye Sung and Lawyer Cha have gotten closer SOOOOOOOO CUTE!! And Soo ha is starting to express his jealousy even more, just as Seong Bin truly confesses to him and he ignores her...Ugh.
And Min Jong Guk has set his eyes on Hye Sung's mother....OH no....

MMMM.
So for the case, we find out that the twins had PLANNED it out. Woah...didn't see that coming, I honestly thought that one twin did do it, but it turns out that they both did it.
So Prosecutor Do Yeon and Hye Sung WORK TOGETHER in finding evidence that they had planned it out, and Hye Sung takes back her cocky attitude from the previous episode. But we have to find out why the twins did it....because during the trials there was a woman crying for them...and Lawyer Shin made a valid point that perhaps revenge might come into play....hmmm...
Because Hye Sung is going to change how they were going to rule the twins, she ends up backstabbing Lawyer Cha as a result and she feels bad about it, AWWW. To make it up to him she semi asks him out on a date AWWWWWWWWWWW YESSSS. 2 CUTE
Soo-ha ends up helping the cops chase down a pick-pocketer. In the process, one of the cops ends up dropping his gun and Soo ha stoops down to hesitantly pick it up...as if he's going to use it on someone...but he doesn't....
But you can see in his eyes, he's planning something for Min Joon Guk...

This just isn't cool ok...my EMOTIONS.
Min Joon Guk moves forward on his plans on killing Hye Sung's mother....
He hits her on the head (as we see her head bleeding with blood but we aren't necessarily sure) and he ties her up. He lets her give one last call to Hye Sung before she dies. *NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOO HE CAN'T KILL HER*
The message she tells Hye Sung is TO NOT SEEK REVENGE because that doesn't make you any better, no matter how much you hate that person. Ugh. Dear.
Her mother disguises her situation well and Hye Sung doesn't suspect a thing, thinking she's talking about Do Yeon...
At the end of the episode we get a call...
Is her mother dead??

Min Joong Guk killed Hye Sung's mother...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BASTARD.
But it is staged like an accidental fire started and he went inside to save her like the saint he is. UGH.
And he makes Lawyer Cha his lawyer. I have to give it to him, he's realllllly smart.
Everything is just staged so perfectly, Min Jong Guk has to go free, but Hye Sung really does hate Lawyer Cha for this because she thought he would be on her side. Even Do Yeon knows that he is the killer, and even her FATHER the loser that kicked her family out, helped Hye Sung try to fabricate evidence...
They end up finding Jong Guk's cellmate and pretty much threaten him into lying so that he can get parole and see his daughter he hasn't seen in years...Perjury is SERIOUS. They ALL could lose their jobs for lying...
At the trial the cellmate is able to lie and say that Jong Guk had intentions of killing Hye Sung...but Lawyer Cha counterattacked and had him fall into a trap.
Is Min Joong guk intelligent or is he stupid? If he was so smart and meticulous, why would he tell you his plans for revenge? Why not keep it to himself??
And with that, the cellmate cracked and said that he lied. Joong Guk did not say he would kill Hye Sung. GREATTTT.
So the final verdict will be in a month, and if he's proven innocent, he's immediately free. UGH NO.

Soo-ha finds the need to leave Hye Sung's apartment (it seems that he's going to kill Joong Guk himself on the day of the final verdict) and he wants to tell Hye Sung goodbye.
So they go to the aquarium...and he kisses her.

UGHHHH what are we going to do. It seems that Soo-ha is about to embark down the dark road, but what  will Hye Sung do about this kiss and him leaving her??
This is interesting....
