2nd Day of New Semester

I was hoping that today would be better than yesterday and it certainly was. Unfortunately I had to get up at 6:30am to go to that stupid Math 1581 class. I seriously need to get out. Like for real. I pray to God that I make a 63 or higher on the Accuplacer!!
Next class was Environmental Science, I'm pretty confident in this class except for the lab. Man. We'll see. Now after this class, I have 10 minutes to haul it to my Music in the Human Imagination class which is the Music Hall, fortunately across the street.
Music in the Human Imagination is SUPPOSED to be about how humans think of certain things when they here a particular song, so why is it that the course description is like a Music History class? What? I didn't sign up for that!!! The professor has a lot of rules, it reminded me of being in kindergarten.
  • If you are late after the first 10 minutes of class, you are considered absent
  • If it looks like you are sleeping in class, you are considered absent
  • No cell phones, laptops
  • No reading class unless it's the material that's authorized
  • No writing uless you are taking notes
  • You can not leave the class early, otherwise you will be considered absent
  • If you aren't in class the day of quizzes and in-class exercises, oh freaking well, that's 75 points
  • No plagiarism(she went into like a 30 minute lecture on cheating
  • We will be using Turnitincom (FOR WHAT?! OUR CONCERT ESSAYS?)
I felt like I was in a public school again, forced to sit there. The best part about that class was after she finished explaining plagiarism(in case we don't know what that means, jeez), this boy asked, "I'm still not understanding what you mean by plagiarism. I copy and paste from Wikipedia, is that considered plagarism?" The class was silent for 2 seconds then almost all 500 of us started laughing. Did he seriously just ask that? Why would he blow every student of the 21st century's secret to doing homework?? Of course after asking foolishness, he said just kidding. This fool.
Moving on to my next class which is 10 minutes after my music class, I have Voice Class for Non-Music Majors. WOOHOO!!! It's already my favorite class of the year. I'm gonna hate that every "exam" is considered singing in front of the class but it is what it is. At least there's only 22 of us, better than singing in front of 100. Plus everyone has to do it, I just want to know everyone's vocal ability. But that shouldn't matter, I love to sing, and now I can participate in a vocal class in the #1 music school in the country. This should be fun.
