For a while now, there has been talks about a new season of I Need Romance Part 2. I didn't pay much attention to it because I didn't watch the first season, but I definitely will after seeing this!!!! We have Jang Yumi( I know her from Que Sera, Sera), Lee Jin-Wook (Myung-wol the Spy) and Kim Ji-suk(Personal Taste). This is going off the first season, but the main girl is caught in a love triangle. Mmkay. So it's not like we need to know what happened in the first season, but I want to.
The first scene is very sensual, two people on a date I guess and they're drunk and they go off to have sex. Very interesting opener lol. Just as the girl is about to unbuckle the guy's pants, she yells, 'WAIT A MINUTE' and then it's back to reality lol.
She's reading the guy's script. Ohhhh ok. So what just happened is the scenario, he is a writer. And she is a musical director for movies. Interesting. These two have a typical brother/sister relationship and they live together. We get the whole backdrop when the girl is on her way to a blind date with a Match making company LOL.
The boy and girl have been bffs since they were little. When they were 18, they realized they were in love with each other and dated for 12 years. However, the relationship seriously ended 3 years ago when she wanted to get married, but he didn't. Jerk. 12 years is a longgggg time, they already seem like they're married. So now she's 33 and off for blind dates.
All of her friends have boyfriends and or married and she's the sad, single one. This is like Sex and the City but definitely more reserved lol. The date she was with happened to go to college with her, but she didn't recognize him.
Anyways, this episode was filled with flashbacks and horrible blind dates. No conflict yet, nothing serious, but we see why the ex-boyfriend was dumped so many times. He was never affectionate with her, nor did he pay her any attention. I would never live with someone who wouldn't give me the time of day, let alone date him 5 times!!!
We are introduced to Kim Ji suk's character at the end. He played the douche in Personal Taste, but he's sexy here. Ohhh Lord have mercy!!!!!!!!!!
